🏢 1) Llegada al edificio
- 🚗 En la puerta principal, si llegas en auto puedes solicitar la apertura del estacionamiento subterráneo; si llegas a pie, solicita tu acceso al departamento PH 57 con el nombre de tu reserva.
- 🏠 Por default pueden asignarte el dep. 57 o, en su defecto, otro de la misma categoría/costo/calidad.
🕒 2) Registro (check-in) en lobby/recepción
- ⏰ Check-in: a partir de 3:00 pm.
- 🕛 Check-out: 12:00 pm.
- 🧳 Si llegas antes, puedes usar las instalaciones y dejar tu equipaje en resguardo hasta que tu habitación esté lista.
- 🪪 Presenta tu identificación o pasaporte original para cotejar la reserva.
🔑 3) Llave y Wi-Fi
- 🔐 La llave la obtienes con la clave de la caja metálica de seguridad ubicada en la puerta del apartamento. Cuídala: su reposición tiene costo.
- 🚪 Cierra bien la habitación cada vez que entres o salgas por tu seguridad.

- 🧽 Se realiza antes de tu llegada y al salir de tu estancia.

- 🏊♂️ Alberca y solario: acceso sin restricciones, respetando el horario de apertura y cierre del área.

🏢 1) Arrival at the Building
- 🚗 At the main entrance, if you arrive by car you can request the opening of the underground parking; if arriving on foot, request access to PH 57 under the name of your reservation.
- 🏠 By default, you may be assigned apt. 57 or another of the same category, cost, and quality.
🕒 2) Check-in at the Lobby/Reception
- ⏰ Check-in: from 3:00 pm.
- 🕛 Check-out: 12:00 pm (noon).
- 🧳 If you arrive early, you may use the facilities and store your luggage safely until your room is ready.
- 🪪 Please present your ID or passport to verify your booking.
🔑 3) Key & Wi-Fi
- 🔐 Retrieve the room key using the metal lockbox code located on the apartment door. Please keep it safe — a replacement fee applies if lost.
- 🚪 Always lock your door each time you enter or leave for your safety.
